The Quarterly subscription gives you six hours of photography time annually, with the flexibility to distribute that time across sessions of different lengths by agreement.
It's ideal if your business has a busy calendar, regular launches, changing products, seasonal campaigns or simply lots of stories worth documenting.
Rather than trying to capture everything in one shoot, we can build your visual library gradually — responding to what's happening in your business as the year unfolds.
What's included
6 hours of photography per year, flexibly allocated across sessions by agreement.
Pre-shoot planning to discuss your priorities, ideas, locations and visual direction.
A tailored mixture of portraits, headshots, editorial brand imagery, products, details and working moments.
Professional digital photography and standard editing.
A private online gallery containing your complete edited selection of successful images after each session.
High-resolution, print-ready digital photographs.
A non-exclusive licence to use the photographs for your own business promotion, including your website, social media, newsletters, PR, editorial submissions and ordinary marketing materials.
How it works
The subscription runs for 12 months, with payments of £100 per month.
Your annual photography allowance can be divided into sessions of varying lengths, arranged collaboratively according to your business needs and subject to availability. Please allow at least four weeks' notice when requesting a booking.
Photography time is calculated to the nearest whole hour.
Your edited gallery is usually delivered within 7 working days of each session, or up to 14 working days during particularly busy periods.
Any unused photography allowance can be used within 60 calendar days after the subscription ends. Any remaining allowance expires after that period.
A few practical details
The subscription covers photography time and standard editing only. Location hire, studio hire, permits, models, stylists, hair and makeup, props, specialist equipment and other production costs are not included.
Additional photography time and optional creative extras can be arranged and invoiced separately.
Full subscription terms will be provided with your agreement before your first session.
