1. Choose your subscription

There are two options, depending on what you need: regular professional portraits through the Headshot Subscription, or a broader collection of brand imagery through the Founder Photography Subscription. Both are available exclusively for shoots in Edinburgh and East Lothian.

2. Sign up and plan ahead

Choose your preferred subscription and complete the online checkout. Once you're signed up, I'll send over your agreement and a short questionnaire so I can get to know you, your work and what you'd like your photography to achieve.

3. Arrange your sessions

We'll arrange each shoot by email, with at least four weeks' notice and dates subject to availability. Before each session, we'll discuss what you need, the images you'd like to create and the practical details, so we can make good use of our time together.

4. Shoot, edit and deliver

Sessions are relaxed and collaborative, with a focus on making photographs that feel natural, considered and true to you. After the shoot, I'll edit your images and deliver your private online gallery, usually within seven working days.

5. Build your image library over time

As your work, projects and priorities evolve, we'll use each session to capture what's relevant next. The aim is to build a useful, varied collection of imagery you can draw on throughout the year, rather than relying on the same few photographs.

A few practical details

Both subscriptions are paid monthly over a 12-month commitment. Sessions are booked in advance and subject to availability. Your subscription covers the photography time and edited digital images described in the individual offers; additional film, travel, location hire and other production costs are agreed separately.
