I’ve been photographing weddings and elopements all over Scotland for over 12 years (yikes, time flies). Honing my craft after studying darkroom film and digital photography while assisting established fashion and wedding industry photographers. You’ll be in safe experienced hands so we can relax into really enjoying the day. I can give you a hand with supplier recommendations too.
Forget traditions that don’t suit you, let’s create something that feels personal and authentic to you, that tells your story. No cringe posing, just your natural connection captured to keep safe. I won’t steal you away from guests for hours, it’s a day to celebrate with them and to grab lots of lovely photos of them having fun times too.

what to expect…
I’m all about unobtrusive, fun, natural and artistic photographs. I love to ninja about at weddings, hiding in bushes (could be considered creepy, granted), waiting to pounce and grab shots of all the fun stuff and little moments you didn’t even notice. Wee treasures that you’ll want to keep safe.

Solen was so easy to work with. She really put us at ease so we didn’t feel awkward and was able to capture so many candid moments. Solen’s fun, supportive and kind approach meant she fitted in seamlessly with our guests and also worked alongside our videographer brilliantly (despite them having never met before!) this again, helped to create a relaxed and friendly environment.
